Does Your County Have Zoning In Place?
Yes, the first county zoning ordinance was adopted in 1974. All 3 Towns in our county have their own ordinances, seperate from the county ordinance

Does your county have a subdivision ordinance?
Yes, it was adopted in 1998, it regulates minor and major subdivisions.

Does your county have a watershed ordinance?
Yes, It regulates the Ivy River Watershed.
