The Madison County Board of Adjustment was appointed by the County Commissioners to direct and function as the quasi-judicial board for the county with regard to land use related issues. The Board of Adjustment oversees conditional use hearings, communication towers, and ordinance issues. They also handle appeals from the Zoning Enforcement Officer.

2011 Board of Adjustment Meeting Schedule
The Board of Adjustment meets as needed in the Courtroom of the Madison County Courthouse at 7 pm, provided there is an agenda.

Applications need to be filed at the Madison County Inspections office at least one month in advance of a meeting.
